An Overview of Membership Tools

Useful tools to help you manage your customers' memberships.

The Membership Tools section features a set of tools that have been designed to allow you to manage membership holds/freezes in bulk.

From here, you'll be able to (click the links below for more information on each tool):

  1. Extend expiration dates on packs and prepaid plans. Extend the end date on your prepaid plan and pack memberships in bulk.
  2. Hold customer memberships in bulk. Freeze your customers' memberships (recurring, packs, prepaid plans) in bulk.
  3. Edit or end holds in bulk. Make edits to multiple holds at once, or end holds in bulk.
