Referrals with families

Referral codes can be used by family managers and members on TeamUp.

When a parent signs up with a referral code, the membership goes to the parent if the parent is participating, and to the first child otherwise.

Account credit or any other reward you've set up will go to the customer whose referral code is used. You can view their referral codes and their referrers as you would with any other customer from your business dashboard.

The customer-side Referrals tab under My Account lists codes for participating customers.
